Before every rental the building is professionally cleaned and sanitized by Office Pride.
Every rental includes Wi-Fi and new tables and chairs.
We have 19 round tables, 300 white chairs and 29 banquet tables 6' long.
If you need additional tables or chairs we can help accommodate your needs. 
 Security deposit will be returned within 14 days after cleaning company is complete.
