On average, a police officer is killed in the line of duty every 53 hours across our nation. Locally, there have been a total of seven officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their community. They are each memorialized at our Fallen Officer Memorial Garden, which is located on the grounds of our lodge.
We also pay tribute to them each May during our Fallen Officer Memorial Service.
We will forever honor and hold them dear to our hearts.
Rest easy, heroes. We'll hold the line from here.
"It's not how these officers died that made them heroes, it's how they lived."
